  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.


SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.


ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided by our courier partner.

We work with reliable third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. haoxbeauty is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or logistics issues beyond our control.


ADDRESS & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • haoxbeauty is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, reshipping charges may apply.


DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


DAMAGED PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT

  • If the outer packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.

  • If damage is noticed after delivery, contact us within 24–48 hours with unboxing photos/videos for verification.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping unless explicitly mentioned on the website.

  • For orders shipped outside India (if applicable), customs duties, taxes, and import charges will be borne by the customer.
