Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If the order is already dispatched, you may refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.

Once delivered, the order will not be eligible for cancellation or return.
If the cancellation request is approved within the allowed time, the refund will be processed within 2–5 working days to the original payment method.

Since we deal in personal care & beauty products, returns are only accepted in case of damaged or wrong products.

Banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.
